MED signs Agreement with Training Providers to Conduct Diving Courses

The Ministry of Economic Development signed agreements with 10 diving centers on 19th May 2022 to conduct upskilling and training programs under the COVID-19 Income Support Project. The programs aim to increase employability for individuals impacted by the pandemic. Eligible individuals can complete Open Water to Dive Master Course and Open Water Scuba Instructor Course fully-funded by the Government. The training providers include Moodhu Bulhaa Dive Centre, Waterproof Sports Maldives, Ocean Junkies, and others.
