Dhiraagu launches ‘Pitch for Purpose’ employee-driven CSR initiative

Dhiraagu has launched 'Pitch for Purpose', a first-of-its-kind employee-driven CSR initiative that empowers employees to propose and pitch CSR initiatives supporting communities in the Maldives. The program provides a structured platform for employees to bring forward initiatives aligned with causes they care about. Employees work in teams to develop and propose ideas for organizational support and community implementation. The initiative was unveiled during a special employee event. Dhiraagu employees have long contributed to social engagement activities including environmental initiatives, mentoring, and skills development. Pitch for Purpose builds on this culture by involving employees from identifying needs to implementation. Up to three selected projects will receive organizational support. Dhiraagu is a Great Place to Work® certified organization committed to employee growth and engagement.
