Nagorno-Karabakh: Armenian Forces Agree to Ceasefire
Ethnic Armenian forces in Nagorno-Karabakh agreed to a Russian-brokered ceasefire after an Azerbaijani offensive. The ceasefire demands complete disarmament of Karabakh forces. Azerbaijan's offensive resulted in at least 32 casualties and 200 wounded. Talks are planned in Yevlakh between Azerbaijani and Armenian representatives. Armenian PM Pashinyan denied involvement in drafting the ceasefire and accused Azerbaijan of 'ethnic cleansing'. Russia's peacekeepers mediated, but Moscow's focus is on Ukraine. Armenia conducted military exercises with the US, straining relations with Russia.
