Sri Lanka ex-leader's son arrested over corruption

Yoshitha Rajapaksa, son of former Sri Lankan president Mahinda Rajapaksa, was arrested on corruption charges for allegedly using state funds for overseas training as a naval officer. The Bribery Commission said he rose through the ranks without qualifications and attended a course at Dartmouth, Britain's naval college, using government funds. His father, Mahinda Rajapaksa, is already accused in money-laundering cases. Peugeot to Utilise ChatGPT for Enhanced Voice Assistant in Cars and Vans

Stellantis' Peugeot brand plans to integrate ChatGPT into its vehicles to enhance voice assistant experience, joining Volkswagen and Mercedes-Benz. Jerome Micheron, director of Peugeot's Product Plan, disclosed that ChatGPT will be integrated into all Peugeot cars, including the new e-3008 model, and small commercial vehicles. A pilot version will launch on Wednesday across France, Britain, Germany, Italy, and Spain, with plans to make it standard equipment later this year. Mercedes-Benz initiated a similar trial in the US last year. Volkswagen announced integration by mid-year. Peugeot also plans to introduce an extended eight-year warranty for the e-3008 model to incentivize electric vehicle adoption.
