Man accused of trespassing into police building’s garage, causing damage

A 31-year-old man from Fuvahmulah City was arrested for trespassing into the garage of the Sergeant Adam Haleem Criminal Investigation Building in Malé and causing damage. He was presented for a remand hearing at the Criminal Court on Saturday, where he denied the allegations. The court remanded him in custody for 15 days, citing risk to public safety. Nepali Man Missing at Sea Between Addu and Fuvahmulah

A Nepali man, Raj Kumar, is missing at sea between Addu City and Fuvahmulah City after being last seen on the vessel Seamax. The ship departed Addu at 11:30 p.m. on Monday, and Kumar last spoke to the captain at 1:15 a.m. He was discovered missing about eight miles from Fuvahmulah.
