High Court sides with SJ over disqualification of housing bids

The High Court upheld the Civil Court's decision favoring SJ over the disqualification of its bids for public housing projects in Th. Vilufushi, HDh. Hanimaadhoo, and HDh. Nolhivaranfaru. The National Tender Board had disqualified SJ's bids for not meeting employer and financial requirements.
