Pulse Hotels and Resorts launched 'The Coral Residence,' a residential project on Kandima Island in Dhaalu Atoll, adjacent to the five-star Kandima Maldives Resort. The development includes 40 two- and three-bedroom luxury apartments with sea views, private pool, and access to resort amenities. Apartments are under the Strata Title Ownership Programme and will be part of a rental programme. The project is available to locals and foreigners. Construction has begun, with completion expected in Q3 2025.
