RACL Seeks EOIs for Kulhudhuffushi Airport Expansion and Redevelopment
Regional Airports Company Limited (RACL) invited Expressions of Interest for expansion and redevelopment of Kulhudhuffushi Airport terminal. The project includes an 11,345 sq ft passenger terminal, shading structures, terminal revisions, and additional services. EOIs are due 9 January. Work is expected to start within 14 weeks as per President Muizzu's 'Week 14' roadmap. MD Ahmed Mubeen prioritizes completing on schedule. The terminal will include restrooms, prayer rooms, cafés, information counters, staff facilities, and parking. RACL also signed an agreement with Kulhudhuffushi City Council to introduce tourism activities on adjacent land.
