Th. Guraidhoo Airport Project Signed — MACL to Lead Under President Muizzu’s Vision
President Dr Mohamed Muizzu signed an agreement to develop an airport in Th. Guraidhoo, with Finance Minister Moosa Zameer and MACL CEO Ibrahim Shareef Mohamed signing on behalf of the government and MACL respectively. Land reclamation for the project is already completed, and the airport is expected to be operational within 22 months. The project is part of the administration's broader plan to expand domestic aviation infrastructure and drive economic growth in central Maldives.
