The closing ceremony of the Home Team Advanced Leadership Programme 2, conducted jointly by the Ministry of Homeland Security, Labour and Technology and the National College of Policing and Law Enforcement (NCPLE), was held today at the Iskandhar Building. The ceremony was officiated by Minister Ali Ihusan, with attendees including Minister of Tourism and Civil Aviation Mohamed Ameen, Deputy Commissioner of Police Farhad Fikry, and senior officials from Home Team agencies. The programme aimed to enhance strategic, operational, and ethical leadership of senior officials from the Maldives Police Service, Maldives Correctional Service, Maldives Customs Service, Maldives Immigration, and the National Drug Agency. A total of 24 participants completed scenario-based exercises and work-related assignments.
