The UNICEF Executive Board concluded an official visit to the Maldives from 30 May to 2 June 2026. The delegation met with ministers of Foreign Affairs; Education, Higher Education and Skills Development; Climate Change, Environment and Energy; and Health, Family and Welfare. They also met with the Maldives Police Service, Prosecutor General's Office, Children's Ombudsperson, and judiciary. Field visits were conducted to K.
